Welcome to the Delivery Support page for Rose Flooring.
This page explains how we handle material deliveries, scheduling, and customer responsibilities to ensure smooth and safe delivery for every project.
1. Delivery Options
We provide delivery of flooring materials and related supplies directly to your project site using our own trucks or trusted suppliers.
Standard Delivery: Curbside drop-off at your property.
Inside Delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee (especially if stairs, elevators, or restricted access areas are involved).
We strive to make every delivery on time and handle all materials with care.
2. Responsibilities During Delivery
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
Our team is responsible for unloading materials safely and placing them in the designated area.
You (the customer) are responsible for providing site access, clear pathways, and any necessary building or parking permits.
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery location to receive and confirm materials.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Materials
We take great care to deliver your materials in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage or missing items:
Inspect your materials as soon as they arrive.
Report any issue to us immediately (within 24 hours).
We’ll replace or correct the issue free of charge within 7 days if the damage or error was our fault.
Please note that once materials are accepted and installed, Rose Flooring cannot be held responsible for post-installation damage.
4. Scheduling Deliveries
Deliveries are scheduled based on your project timeline.
Please book deliveries 1–2 weeks in advance via phone or email.
Delivery windows are typically 2–4 hours.
We’ll confirm your exact delivery day and time the day before arrival.
If weather or traffic delays occur, we’ll contact you immediately with an updated schedule.
5. Preparing Your Site for Delivery
Before your materials arrive, please review this quick checklist to help our team deliver safely and efficiently:

✔️ Measure doorways and ensure there’s enough space for materials
✔️ Have assistance ready if inside delivery is needed
✔️ Protect your floors with cardboard or coverings during unload
✔️ Ensure pets and children are safely away from the work area
