Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"634\">Rose Flooring provides professional flooring installation, refinishing, and renovation services across Toronto and surrounding areas.<br data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"614\" \/>Our work includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"848\">\n<li data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"706\">\n<p data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"706\">Flooring installation (hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet, and tile)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"745\">\n<p data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"745\">Sanding, staining, and refinishing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"779\">\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"779\">Floor repairs and restoration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"848\">\n<p data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"848\">Full renovation projects including demolition, trim, and cleanup<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"958\">We do <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"863\">not<\/strong> offer unrelated home repair or construction services beyond our flooring and renovation scope.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"963\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1000\"><strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1000\">2. Booking and Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1134\">You can book our services through our <strong data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1064\">website contact form<\/strong>, by <strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1078\">email<\/strong>, or by <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1095\">phone<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1099\" \/>To confirm a project, we require:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1261\">\n<li data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1206\">\n<p data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1206\">A <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1154\">50% deposit<\/strong> at booking to secure your materials and schedule.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1261\">\n<p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1261\">The <strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1230\">remaining 50%<\/strong> due upon project completion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1463\">We accept <strong data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1281\">cash<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1297\">e-transfer<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1318\">credit card<\/strong> (Visa or Mastercard).<br data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1343\" \/>Quoted prices are <strong data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1370\">fixed<\/strong> unless you request additional work or material changes after the estimate has been approved.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1468\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1499\"><strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1499\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1539\">We understand that plans can change.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1826\">\n<li data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1604\">\n<p data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1604\"><strong data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1579\">Cancel anytime before work begins<\/strong> for a <strong data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1601\">full refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1735\">\n<p data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1735\"><strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1640\">Cancellations within 48 hours<\/strong> of the scheduled start date are subject to a <strong data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1697\">25% fee<\/strong> to cover preparation and materials.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1826\">\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1826\"><strong data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1750\">No-shows<\/strong> (where our team arrives but cannot access the site) are <strong data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1825\">non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1928\">If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible \u2014 we\u2019ll do our best to accommodate.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"1933\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1935\" data-end=\"1969\"><strong data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1969\">4. Limitations of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2129\">While we always aim for timely completion, Rose Flooring is <strong data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2045\">not liable<\/strong> for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or factors outside our control.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2335\">All our installation work comes with a <strong data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2197\">1-year limited warranty<\/strong> on labor and materials supplied by Rose Flooring.<br data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2250\" \/>Our total liability under this agreement shall <strong data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2334\">not exceed the total project cost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2441\">We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations after our work is completed.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2446\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2500\"><strong data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2500\">5.
