Welcome to Rose Flooring. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking or making any payment.

1. Scope of Services

Rose Flooring provides professional flooring installation, refinishing, and renovation services across Toronto and surrounding areas.
Our work includes:

• Flooring installation (hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet, and tile)

• Sanding, staining, and refinishing

• Floor repairs and restoration

• Full renovation projects including demolition, trim, and cleanup

We do not offer unrelated home repair or construction services beyond our flooring and renovation scope.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

You can book our services through our website contact form, by email, or by phone.
To confirm a project, we require:

• A 50% deposit at booking to secure your materials and schedule.

• The remaining 50% due upon project completion.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Quoted prices are fixed unless you request additional work or material changes after the estimate has been approved.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

• Cancel anytime before work begins for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start date are subject to a 25% fee to cover preparation and materials.

• No-shows (where our team arrives but cannot access the site) are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

4. Limitations of Liability

While we always aim for timely completion, Rose Flooring is not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or factors outside our control.

All our installation work comes with a 1-year limited warranty on labor and materials supplied by Rose Flooring.
Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total project cost.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations after our work is completed.
